By accessing or using the Snaye Tours website at www.snaye-tours.co.za or by making a booking enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Snaye Tours provides guided day trips and excursions across KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Our tours depart from Durban and include destinations such as the Drakensberg, Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Game Reserve, the Valley of a Thousand Hills, iSimangaliso Wetland Park, and Durban city tours.

All tours are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule tours due to weather, safety concerns, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Enquiries

Submitting a booking enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Snaye Tours and a deposit or full payment has been received.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are per person and in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and other payment methods as agreed. Full payment may be required prior to the tour date.

Cancellations by you

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date: full refund or credit
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before the tour date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date: no refund
• No-shows on the day of the tour: no refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Cancellations by Snaye Tours

If we cancel a tour due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, road closures, government restrictions), we will offer a reschedule or credit where possible.

The safety of our guests is our highest priority. By booking a tour, you confirm that you are in good physical health and are able to participate in the activities described. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations at the time of booking.

Snaye Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who poses a risk to themselves or others, or who behaves in a manner that disrupts the experience of other guests. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Guests participate in all tours at their own risk. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain appropriate travel insurance prior to their tour.

Snaye Tours takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests. However, to the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in a tour
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during a tour
• Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Acts of third parties, including wildlife encounters, road conditions, or weather events

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Snaye Tours may photograph or film guests during tours for use in marketing materials, social media, and on our website. By participating in a tour, you consent to this use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.

All content on our website — including photographs, videos, text, and logos — is the property of Snaye Tours and may not be reproduced without written permission.

By submitting a review on our website, you confirm that the review is based on your genuine personal experience and does not contain false, defamatory, or misleading information. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.

You grant Snaye Tours a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your review on our website and in marketing materials.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our website
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
